    A highly interactive two day classroom based course that sits at the core of the programme and includes training in telephone based communication skills, Motivational Interviewing and the role of the Care Manager.

    Provide distance e-learning training on clinical and disease management guidelines within key disease areas such as Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes, COPD and CVD.

    This module is available as an e-learning package and includes all the materials to equip you to run an OwnHealth  programme.
